The Eastern Mass Chapter of OWL was formed to bring together mid-life and older women around common concerns. OWL is the national membership organization that addresses the social, economic and political concerns of midlife and older women through advocacy, education and empowerment.  We encourage participation at whatever level is best for each individual.
